Paul Wright

Owner of Core Fitness Centre


Paul Wright is a Newport Pagnell native and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is also a Tang Soo Do National and World champion fighter and has studied the martial arts for over 30 years.


Special focus..


Cardiovascular and martial arts specific training.

Sheila Rose


 Personal Trainer - Body Mojo 


Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Nutrition Advisor and a distance Runner. Like most people in this industry I have a passion for fitness and how it can be life changing - my own personal fitness passion is running, its what keeps me reasonably sane in a crazy world.

I tend to specialise in two areas


  • Run technique, strength & conditioning for runners - both established & new to running.


  • Weight Loss - in particular women over 35 (although by no means exclusive to this criteria).


  • I am also a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist, which together with my Diet & Nutrition experience allows me to provide a complete holistic approach to training my Clients.


Sarah Dewar


Gym instructer


Sarah is a qualified gym instructer with years of  experience in the fitness industry and is a key part of the Core Fitness team!
