Not to make a big thing about it, but Paul is not only a national but world champion marshal artist! I know! Impressive eh?
He’s been a personal trainer over 8 years and has owned Core Fitness since 2011, helping numerous clients achieve their goals and beyond.
Pauls passion lies in martial arts and regularly trains and teaches Tang Soo Do. He is a firm believer in never giving up on something you believe in. He doesn’t believe that health and fitness should be an obsession. Good eating and regular exercise should be a sustainable part of everyday life.
Consistency breeds results.
Away from the gym, Paul is regularly seen on stage performing for various charities, such as Henry Allen and Macmillan. He is also a full-time dad and has recently set up a local entertainment agency.

As a former Royal Marine, Mikey loves nothing more than whacking out a few burpees and lunges. What a weirdo! After spending 6 years as a bootneck, Mikey decided to change career and became a personal trainer. Instead of spending his days cold, wet and miserable sat in a field somewhere in the middle of Scotland, he now spends his days making his clients hot and sweaty in a nice cool gym. Using his vast military fitness knowledge combined with his personal trainer qualification, clients know they're in safe and highly skilled hands.
Talking of safe, did I mention he’s also a firefighter!
Away from his high-intensity workouts shedding clients unwanted lbs, Mikey likes to take part in adventure sports such as surfing, skydiving, motorbiking and trampolining down a mine!
Specialist Areas: Lower Back Pain, Pre & Post Natal, Obesity & Diabetes, Sports Massage T
Amanda has been a personal trainer for around 10 years and in that time has helped many different clients, from pregnant women, men who’d like to improve their strength, those living with disabilities, and of course those who just want to look good naked!
Amanda strongly believes exercise should be fun and if it’s not, it’s because you haven’t discovered the right type of exercise yet. (Her favourite type tends to be Gun-ex ropes, tyres, sledgehammers and pushing/pulling heavy stuff about)
Outside of the gym, she loves obstacle racing and every year tries to take part in at least 10 races. Not bad for someone who hates running!
