My story..................June last year my youngest was trigger happy on his new Ipod - taking Photos of anything and everything - he took one of my relaxing on the sofa and when i saw it i
realised an ugly truth - i was not bloated or overweight - i was obese! That combined with the fact i was had just been started on BP and Cholesterol tablets - i came to the decision that enough was
enough! 1st July i joined the local Gym and gave up the diet coke and ready meals at lunch. By August i had lost a stone and was very pleased with myself - only to see our holiday snaps
With a lot of hard work and determination - i dropped the Bp and cholesterol tablets and i passed my goals of 13.5st then 12.5st until today where i am just over 10.5st - back to my teenage
My aim was not to diet or starve myself - but to change my lifestyle and become fitter.
I am now going to embark on a challenge to push myself to the limit - on 8th June I am going to take part in Tough Mudder - a military designed 12 mile obstacle course designed to test fitness
and endurance. This will be for me the ultimate test to see if i have met my goal.
